Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Relationship anxiety counselling is for anyone experiencing worry, fear, or patterns that interfere with connection and confidence.

How is EMDR used for relationship anxiety?

How long are sessions, and where can I attend?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes; 75-minute sessions are recommended for EMDR. Attend virtually or in-person at any Vancouver location.

Should I come individually or with my partner?

Yes, we offer premarital counselling. We’re big believers in early intervention, as it has the highest success rate in couples therapy. Our services are tailored to your relationship stage and unique goals.
