Relationship Counselling FAQs
Individual sessions start at $150 per 50-minute session. Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer.
The length of counselling varies among individuals. Individuals with specific concerns may need fewer sessions, but achieving lasting change often requires a minimum of 6 months of therapy.
It's normal to feel strong emotions when discussing tough topics or trying new behaviours, especially in couples counselling. I’m here to support you, prevent things from spiralling, and ensure your emotional safety during our sessions.
We have offices conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver and Kerrisdale. Both locations are easily accessible by transit, with free or paid parking nearby. For exact addresses and office instructions, please refer to each counsellor’s About page.
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be made available upon request.

Yes, we offer premarital counselling. We’re big believers in early intervention, as it has the highest success rate in couples therapy. Our services are tailored to your relationship stage and unique goals.
