How much do marital counselling sessions cost?

Couples sessions start at $225 per 75 minute session. Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Many couples begin to notice meaningful shifts within the first several sessions. Couples with long-standing patterns often benefit from long-term counselling to repair trust, has out resentment, and rebuild connection.

Where are you located?

We have offices conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver and Kerrisdale. Our offices are easily accessible by transit and have parking nearby. To view each counsellor’s location and select the option that works best for you, please visit our online booking page.

The A’s to Your Q’s

How long are marital counselling sessions?

Couples sessions are typically 75 minutes, giving partners enough time to delve into issues and work towards understanding or resolution. Longer sessions can be made available upon request.

Not always. We assess whether harm reduction or abstinence is the best approach based on your situation and goals.















Do you require abstinence?

In some cases, yes. One or both partners may be referred for individual support to work on addiction, codependency, or reducing triggers alongside couples work.




Will we need individual counselling as well?

What if there has been a relapse?

Relapse can be part of the process. We help you navigate it in a way that focuses on accountability, repair, and moving forward without falling back into old patterns.
